A manufacturer's stated consumption comes from a type-approval cycle, not from your commute. The price of a kilowatt-hour depends on the contract and the time of day. These pages state which quantity they use and which one you must supply, rather than inventing a national average.

Questions
Why does my real consumption exceed the manufacturer's figure?
Type-approval figures come from a standardised cycle, at a given load and temperature. Traffic, speed, air conditioning, tyres and gradient all raise real consumption. Enter your own average measured at the pump.
Is a month 30 days in these calculations?
Yes. An appliance's monthly cost uses 30 days and the yearly cost 365 days. A year is therefore not exactly twelve months: that is deliberate, and stated on the page.
