1. Using HexaCalc

By using hexacalc.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The tools are free and you do not need an account.

2. Accuracy

We work hard to get the math right and we show our methods, but results are provided for general information. Screen colors depend on your display and its calibration. CMYK values from our converters use a standard device-independent formula and will not match a specific printer, ink or paper without ICC color management. Check critical colors with a calibrated workflow or a physical proof.

3. Vision screening tools

The color blind test, hue test and color blindness simulator are educational screening tools. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose any condition. Do not rely on them for decisions about health, employment or licensing. For a diagnosis, see a qualified eye care professional.

4. Your content and outputs

Images and text you use in the tools stay on your device and remain yours. Palettes, codes, gradients and other outputs you create with HexaCalc are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial work, without attribution.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that harms other visitors, or present HexaCalc pages as your own. Linking to any page is welcome.

6. Third-party content and licenses

Color names come from the meodai/color-names project and paint mixing uses spectral.js, both under the MIT license. Trademarks such as Minecraft, Tailwind CSS and Google are the property of their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility. HexaCalc is not affiliated with them.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, HexaCalc is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its results.
